Program Sponsors - CSIC

Interested in helping make the Chicago Student Invention Convention possible? Consider becoming a program sponsor!

The Chicago Student Invention Convention is an annual event for students K-8 from participating Chicago Public Schools. Teachers facilitate the invention process through a curriculum designed to foster critical thinking and innovation. Students transform into innovators as they research and dream up inventions that are targeted at solving problems they have faced in real life.

Now more than ever, the generosity of donors like you is needed to ensure that the program is as rewarding as possible and provided completely FREE for the students and teachers.

Are you ready to make a difference for Chicago Public Schools students?

By making a donation to the Chicago Student Invention Convention, you are:

  • Empowering students to engage in creative problem solving, instilling confidence in students to express and present their ideas, and showing students that their ideas are valued
  • Engaging students in the scientific/invention process and furthering the goals of STEM by encouraging students to develop an interest in STEM at an young age
  • Investing in problem-solvers, thinkers, inventors, and learners who will become the future leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs of Chicago, the state, and the nation.
