Allison Jean Dillon
Women Mentoring Co-op & Marketing Manager
Allison runs Chicago Innovation’s Women Mentoring Co-op, which connects successful Chicago innovators with women who have a demonstrated interest in innovation, and want to grow their businesses and careers in the Chicago region through the support of a mentor. Since its launch in 2016, the program has doubled in size and continues to grow.
As Marketing Manager, Allison designs graphics for the organization’s events, programs, and marketing materials. She also runs the Chicago Innovation social media pages and works with her team on other marketing opportunities for the organization.
Before joining the Chicago Innovation team, Allison worked as the Community Relations Liaison for the Chicago Charity Challenge and Call One. It was here that she first developed her passion for innovation and helping Chicago.
Allison attended Olivet Nazarene University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration. She now lives in the south suburbs with her husband, Jack, and their dog, Lincoln.
