Careers in technology have long been dominated by men: despite making up approximately half of the U.S. workforce, only ~29% of technology sector workers identify as female. With more than 4,000 students enrolled to date, the Women+Tech Scholars Program is designed to empower women pursuing careers in technology to reach their breakthrough moments. The program’s educational offerings, resources and professional networks help narrow employment and advancement gaps for women in tech-related roles. In addition to learning opportunities, scholars receive career guidance, financial support and real-world work experience through a community of passionate advocates—many of whom started in the same place our learners are today.
