The Chicago Student Invention Convention

May 21st, 202212:00 pm - 2:00 pm

About the Virtual Event
This year, over 2,000 K-8th grade students from across the Chicagoland area have learned the innovative skills that they will need to succeed in life and work in the 21st century.

Student finalists, who represent 45 participating schools, libraries, and youth centers, join attendees to debut their invention prototypes. These inventors used creative problem-solving, design thinking, and engineering skills to create an original solution to solve a problem they care about.
