Hope Chicago

Hope Chicago’s mission is to create pathways to success for multiple generations of Chicagoans through equitable access to higher education. They provide last-dollar scholarship support to full high school cohorts–every student–and do the same for one parent or guardian. This combination of a 2-generation model, access, scale, and holistic, long-term support help Scholars reach their true potential, free from the financial concerns that limit the possibilities of so many. They had a great segment on 60 Minutes earlier this year, and now we’re thrilled to honor their achievements with a Chicago Innovation Award.
