Ladder Up

The Ladder Up’s programs are designed to alleviate poverty by increasing the financial stability of Chicago-area communities. Through their Tax Assistance Program, Ladder Up deploys trained volunteers to provide low-income taxpayers with free tax return preparation, ensuring access to an array of tax credits that were previously unknown to many of the people it serves.
