LMK Technology
T-Liner® with Insignia™ Hydrohat Compression Gasket Sealing System provides a 100% trenchless solution for the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lateral pipes including the connection to the main pipe. The T-Liner provides a non-leaking connection, improving water quality, extending the service life of the existing buried infrastructure, and significantly reducing customer complaints of sewer backups and overflows. Throughout 20-plus years of innovation, LMK has been striving to engineer solutions to alleviate collection system issues, which include the connection or junction of mainline pipes and lateral pipes. LMK developed the T-Liner system with Insignia Hydrohat to seal the main to lateral connection, which in turn would reduce I&I and rehabilitate old, deteriorated pipes. T-Liner is a one-piece homogenous main and lateral CIPP connection liner that is ASTM F2561 compliant. T-Liner has a uniform wall thickness and incorporates compressible lining material at the upstream and downstream ends, creating a smooth, tapered transition to the host pipe. Both the mainline and lateral sections are formed as a structural cylinder that renews 18-inches and 360-degrees of the mainline and extends up the lateral pipe as one continuous lining. T-Liner with Insignia™ Hydrohat Compression Gasket-Sealing Technology provides a verifiable non-leaking system. The Hydrohat is embedded between the host pipe and the T-Liner and is compatible with all pipe types including polyethylene. The Insignia Hydrohat is utilized to provide a positive compression seal at the main-to-lateral junction of the sewer system. The Hydrohat is a 360° sealing gasket that prevents water from tracking behind the liner at the junction where most infiltration and inflow occurs.
