Vivey is a product created by The Thierer Family Foundation and the Food Depository with a map of nearby food centers, and search functions to find services near them (even in Spanish) and analytic capability to given food banks more insight into how people are navigating food assistance. Vivery expands food distribution to mobile devices, the first of its kind. It also allows users to narrow or expand their search depending on type of distribution, indoor or outdoor, days open, or service areas. Vivery can help pantries by letting them create profiles with vital information like hours or languages spoken. They can also receive data to identify coverage gaps.
